
This appellation might sound like a mouthful but it’s worth remembering. Free from the tight restrictions of the DO system, these wines can include a number of international grape varieties.
Some of the most important wines in the world are produced in this región. The advances that have had to be made over time have not presented a barrier for continuosly improving results, to the extent that without Castilla y Leon, the Spanish wine culture would not have been possible.

Grape varieties: Verdejo 100%
Alcohol content: 12,5% -13% Vol.
Color: Straw coloured
Aroma: It unflurs a wine and clean choce of fruity aromas, especially of exotic fruit (aniseed), produced by the verdejo variety.
Mouth: Velvety and big with a touch of acidity that produces a lasting aftertaste
with a characteristic bitterness on the back palate.

Alcohol content: 13,5% -14% Vol.
Color: Vivid, intense purplish hue.
Aroma: Primary aromas of ripe fruit, berries flavoured yogurt.
Mouth: Very well made, with fruity body. Persistant, witha nice tannins´sensation.
