Property of the Collard family, located on the north of the Costiere de Nimes appellation, the 25 hectares of the Chateau are located on a rolled pebble terrace.
Cépages: 60 % Syrah, 20% Grenache, 20% Carignan.
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol.
Tasting Note:
Garnet color.
Nose of ripe morello cherries combined with notes of wood.
On the palate, good creaminess, suppleness and perfect balance between tannis, fruit and alcohol.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Tasting Note:
Intense violet is supported with purple reflections.
Nose of prunes and blackberries.
Fleshy on the palate, hints of fruit, white tobacco spices and woody notes. Soft and melted tannins.

AOP COTEAUX D´AIX-EN-PROVENCE
ROSE 2018
A Grand Vin from South of France, bright wines located with positive suns and magnetic waves.
In order to magnify all the benefits, this wine is immersed in vats where music and vibratory frequencies of love “528 Hz” come to rock it.
“Solaire” has armony, vibration and energy power.
Cépages: 60% Grenache, 300 % Syrah, 10% Cinsault.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Tasting Note:
This wine has a pale robe with lychee reflections. The nose is pleasant, with complexity, we perceive notes of small red fruits. The mouth is round, also on the fruit.
There is a nice balance on this wine as well as a nice length.

SANCERRE
THIERRY DESSAUVE 1,4/20: “Liveliness and nerve, a slender and nervous body, final of médium lenght”.
The vineyards, more than thirty hectares on a magnificent terroir exposed to the south, a real gift from past generations, its marls said of “Saint Doulchard”, resting on the kimmeridgian are almost unique in Sancerrois.
The harvestbis carried out in small crates of 25kg. Fermentation is done in vats for 50% and the rest in new barrels, at temperaturas between 18 and 23 degrees. Breeding on fine lees over a period

Nose, a floral and fruity bouquet.

The vines, 78 plots contributed to the development of this 2015 vintage, located mainly on the Terroirs Nord of the appellation, in order to preserve the freshness.
Winemaking and breeding: Each grape is vinified separately. Fermentation is slow for better extraction of phenolic compunds.
Breeding for 12 months in barrels.
Cépages: 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Tasting Note:
Purple red dress.
Clean and very expressive nose on notes of black fruit, spices and liquorice.
Mouth, reveals tannins well present but already flexible with a nice balance. The finish is long, with notes of black fruit, liquorice and slight salinity.
